Three ways to pay, if you decide to
All three are billed by Apple through the App Store. The weekly and yearly plans start with a 3-day free trial; Apple shows whether you are eligible before you confirm. The lifetime option is a one-time purchase, with no trial, and does not renew.
One project
$5.99
per week
An event next Saturday, a survey that closes on Friday. Take this one, cancel when the answers are in, and pay less than a sandwich.
Annual
$49.99
per year, about $0.96 a week
If forms are part of how you teach, run events or take orders. Works out cheaper than the weekly plan from the ninth week onward.
Pay once
$89.99
once, then never again
Worth it only if you expect to still be making forms in two years. Before that, the yearly plan costs you less.
No purchase required to build and share.
Prices shown are for the US App Store. Local prices may vary by country or region.
The arithmetic, since nobody else does it
Pricing pages are built to push you toward the biggest number. Here is the honest version instead.
Under two months of use, the weekly plan is cheapest and you should take it. Between two months and about twenty-one months, the yearly plan wins. Past that, the one-time purchase stops costing anything while the yearly plan keeps charging.
If you are reading a pricing page, you probably do not yet know which of those three you are. That is the actual reason the free tier exists: build a few forms, see whether this becomes a habit, and decide when you know.
If you would rather compare before installing anything, we publish an honest comparison with Pipiform and another with Google Forms in a browser, which is free and sometimes the right answer. The product page lists what the app actually does, and the free tools need no account at all.
Questions about paying
- What can I do without paying?
- Build forms and edit them, blank, by scan or from a link, turn them into graded quizzes, read the answers with charts and export them, and share the link, for as long as you like, with no ads. The QR code, the social card and the PDF each have three free tries, and the AI analysis of responses one. Nothing expires and there is no cap on how many forms you create.
- What does the paid plan add?
- Creating forms and quizzes with AI, the AI analysis of responses, the premium templates, and unlimited QR codes, social cards and PDFs.
- Is there a free trial?
- Free-trial availability and eligibility are shown by Apple before you confirm a subscription, and Apple handles it: cancel during the trial in your App Store subscription settings and nothing is charged. The lifetime option is a one-time purchase and does not renew.
- Which one should I pick?
- If you need it for one event and then you are done, the weekly plan is genuinely the cheapest option and we would rather you took it. If forms are part of your month, the yearly plan works out at under a dollar a week. Lifetime is worth it only if you expect to still be here in two years.
- Can I cancel?
- In your App Store subscription settings, like any other subscription. We never see your payment details: Apple bills you, not us.
- What happens to my forms if I stop paying?
- Nothing. They were created in your Google Drive and they stay there, with all their responses. You lose access to the paid features in the app, not to your work.
